GEC Grace Episcopal Churchwomen

Through mission and ministry, the women of Grace Church work together to make God's love known in the world. All women of the church are invited to participate in a year of activities and projects that will engage their hearts and challenge them to make a difference in their homes, their church, their community and the world.

St. Mary's Altar Guild

The St. Mary's Altar Guild prepares our church for worship by keeping the linens and vessels used in worship clean and polished and by setting up the elements used in the sacraments.  St. Mary's Guild also serves as stewards of the hangings and vestments designed and created by the women of Grace Church that are now priceless treasures of our heritage.

Acolytes

Grace Church is blessed with wonderful adults and children who embrace our acolyte ministry. Performing such tasks as carrying the processional cross, lighting and carrying candles and assisting the clergy with the preparation of the table, young and seasoned members of the church are encouraged to participate in the worship service.

Hospitality Committee

The Hospitality Committee, hosts receptions for funerals and celebrations, and provides meals for those in need during times of illness and convalescence. Four teams of 25 GEC members staff the Hospitality Committee. Hospitality also hosts the “Golden Circle of Grace” Luncheon each June to honor our senior parishioners.

Parish Care Committee

Created in 2010, the Parish Care committee reaches out to members of the congregation and offers support to those in need. In October, they hosted the first Diamond Circle Birthday Tea for all parishioners 85 and older. Ten guests were treated to tea, sandwiches, cookies, and birthday cake. Our most senior parishioner had just celebrated her 100th birthday!
